missing cleaning noisy air conditioning

the room was spacious and the location was quite central.

i found some issues . there wasn't daily cleaning as i expected. also, the air conditioning system was quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep well at night.

Underwhelming Stay with Privacy Issues

indifferent staff unreasonable policy

The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Housekeeping staff removed our personal items without our consent. I did not see a tiny sign saying drying clothes in the room was not allowed. Our underwear was taken away and we were told we almost faced a fine. This was quite upsetting.
