My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were impressively large, immaculately clean, and had all the facilities you might need if you chose to cook. It felt like little apartments, very spacious, including a kitchenette and a little seating area perfect for romantic evenings with wine after long walks around Florence. The service was exceptional with a staff that went out of their way to ensure a delightful experience. The location was excellent, close to major attractions but also ensuring sufficient quietness most of the time. The dining options were convenient with delicious choices nearby. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at Residence Hilda! The rooms were just as pictured on their site, spacious, and kept very clean with daily service, truly feeling like a large and elegant apartment. The service was outstanding, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who even directed me to a nearby salon for a perfect haircut. The location couldn't have been better, close to major attractions and excellent restaurants. The dining options were convenient, and the facilities were top-notch. A fantastic experience with great value for the price!
